3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders placed through FoodDeliveryCloud are subject
to availability and confirmation.
Prices shown on the website are listed in ₹ INR and
may change without prior notice.
We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways including
UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
In case of payment failure, the order may be delayed or cancelled automatically.
4. DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to deliver your food within 30–60 minutes
depending on your location and order availability.
Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions,
restaurant preparation time, or high order volume.
Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery
details and contact information to avoid delays.
If delivery is unavailable in your area, the order may be cancelled
and a refund will be processed if applicable.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND
Orders once confirmed and prepared may not be cancelled.
Refunds will only be provided in valid situations such as:
- Wrong order delivered
- Missing food items
- Failed delivery
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7
business days through the original payment method.
